An economic and sustainable shuttle
The BOAT BUS operates 72 crossings from the port of MONACO every day of the year, between 8.00 am and 7.50 pm, each lasting approximately 4 minutes.
From the Quai des Etats-Unis, just 300 metres from the SNCF station, it provides access to the Rock of Monaco and its old town. It offers a particularly convenient and eco-friendly link between the lift serving MONTE-CARLO and the one providing access to MONACO VILLE, also known as ‘The GRIMALDI Rock’.
It is therefore a quick way to visit the Principality’s two historic districts without using a car.

- Cash payment directly to the seafarer: €2.00
- Payment by credit card at the ticket machine: €1.50
- Payment via the MONAPASS app: €1.50
Free for children under 5.
All current C.A.M. season tickets are valid.
Free connections with city buses within 30 minutes.
The Bateau Bus shuttle service is operated all year round by MONACO RIVIERA NAVIGATION on behalf of the COMPAGNIE des AUTOBUS de MONACO (C.A.M.), which manages all bus services in the Principality of Monaco. On board, the same services and benefits are available as on the Principality’s buses: tickets are sold at the same prices.
